Quiet Remembrance | Tarves Churchyard, Aberdeenshire | Fine Art Photography Print
Take a moment to reflect with Quiet Remembrance, a photographic print of the historic churchyard in Tarves, Aberdeenshire.
The graveyard itself is the heart of this photograph, inviting you to consider the lives, memories and local stories associated with this place. It offers a connection to Scotland's heritage beyond any single monument.
Display it in a study, hallway or gallery wall inspired by historic places, or give it to someone with a personal connection to Tarves and northeast Scotland.
In the background sits the Tolquhon Tomb, erected in 1589 by William Forbes, 7th Laird of Tolquhon, to commemorate himself and his wife, Elizabeth Gordon. It adds a further layer of local history to the wider churchyard scene.
